Symbols with different colours / coloured background#41

For older / handicapped users it would be very helpfull to add different colours (e.g. green for “all sounds on”, red for “all sounds off”, …) for the icons in the notification panel!

Hey! As far as I know Android forces all notification icons to be white. So I am almost certain this is not possible to achieve.
